If you have conditions like cardiovascular disease, recent physical injuries, severe mental illness, or if you're pregnant, consult your doctor before attempting Breathwork.

  • An effective session typically lasts 50 minutes which includes 30 minutes of active breathing.

  • During the session, you'll lie down fully dressed and engage in active mouth breathing. Emotions may surface, and physical sensations may arise as blocked energies are released. It's normal to experience tingling, dizziness, or even unconscious crying or laughing.

  • For optimal results, avoid eating for at least an hour before the session to prevent blood flow diversion for digestion. Limiting fluids can help prevent interruptions. If you have asthma, bring your inhaler.

  • If you feel heart palpitations, dizziness, nausea, or other discomfort, switch to natural nasal breathing and listen to your body.
